International Management Institute (IMI), one of India’s premier B-schools, was established in 1981 in New Delhi in collaboration with IMI Geneva (now IMD Lausanne). It holds the distinction of being the first corporate-sponsored business school in the country.
In 2010, the IMI Kolkata campus was founded by the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group to extend world-class management education to bright young minds. Since its inception, IMI Kolkata has consistently ranked among the top five percent of B-schools in India.

IMI Kolkata offers the Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and the Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), which is equivalent to a Ph.D. Both programmes are approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

PGDM Admissions Process
Step 1: Application Submission
